Tell each other how you feel

It’s easy to fall into lazy habits in your relationship and start to take each other for granted, especially if you’ve been a couple for a long time. But if you want to avoid the niggling arguments, then simply resolving to tell each other when you’re angry or annoyed and talk through problems can cut down on the rows. At the other end of the scale, resolving to say those three simple words, “I love you,” more often is the simplest way to remind each other how you feel every day.
