How Can Visualization Help You Make More Money?

Visualization enables you to set a future that you can control. This future lines up with your vision of how things should be.

Now, this might seem pretty straightforward. This might seem as basic as setting up some sort of vision board where you cut out pictures or you digitally manipulate images using Photoshop to create your vision board. Well, that’s one part of it.

But the deeper reality behind your vision board is that you manifest your desire. What kind of life do you want for yourself? What kind of partner would you like? What kind of children would you like? Did you want to have children in the first place?

Where do you want to live? How much money would you like to make? What kind of lifestyle do you want to enjoy? How healthy do you want to be? What kind of daily activities do you want for yourself?

Instead of just thinking about these and wasting precious emotional and psychological energy on these questions, you channel them into something physical. Because when you see your vision in the form of a vision board, your power of desire and your power of focus find a natural home. It becomes so much easier to direct your willpower and focus on something that you can see.

For example, if you are 50 pounds overweight and your vision board shows your face on the body of a very muscular person, you now have a physical channel point. You can channel your plans, your focus, your willpower and your attention to something that you can physically see. Compare this with how people normally go about pursuing their hopes and dreams.

Normally, they would think of “what if” scenarios. They think that certain things would be nice if they panned out. But ultimately, they forget about these as they go about their day. They lose sight of the pure emotional power these desires have.

This is a waste. Really, it is. Because unless you reduce your desires to something that you can see, which can then trigger those emotions and pump you up, you’re just going around in circles. You’re not doing yourself any big favors.

It is no surprise that people say to themselves, “I have big goals and dreams and I have so many hopes.” But, really, they don’t. They don’t even bother to write this stuff down, much less create a vision board.

Instead, they think. They have mental notes. And oftentimes, they forget these notes. They lose the details. It is no surprise that they don’t benefit from these visions.

Do yourself a big favor, create a vision board. It doesn’t have to be a work of art, it doesn’t have to look like Rembrandt created it, it just has to be clear about what you think is important in your life.

The good news here is that there’s no right or wrong answer. If travel is your top priority, put images of you traveling all over the world. If money is your top priority, put pictures of money. There is no right or wrong answer.

Nobody has the right to judge you. This is your own personal vision board. Whatever you do, have something physical that you can anchor your emotional and mental focus on.
