  1. I’m a coffee drinker,and I drink a cup of coffee everyday. It is nice to know that this will be some of the benefits that I will get in drinking coffee. But sometimes I notice when I drink more than a cup of coffee a day, I easily get nervous. so maybe it is advisable just to drink a coffee a day, drink moderately, because to much of somethings is not good.
