Being a paramedic is my dream during high school days I was able to attend training on BLS Basic Life Support which I gain knowledge how to save people.Rescuing the live’s of others is not easy task to do you will risk your life for the others to live.
Even I am not a nurse or in the field of this, this kind job definitely enjoy to save others. If you have skills like this then try to do so. Well Flight Paramedics need have the knowledge about aviation, the rules, and how to become more effective about this kind of job because you caring the life of others to survive.

When you eat and get very emotional the tendency is to over eat just to alleviate the pain or hurt or even stress. You should not resort to eating rather go out to the gym and release your tensions there. You also learn not to skip meals it would only makes you irritated and emotional. At the same time, you tend to eat more when you’re starving. As the blog says you should be responsible enough not to over eat, although eating will give you happiness, you should think twice since it will only lead you adding more extra pounds and extra inches on your waist.

I love surprises, regardless its something I don’t really like that much, because I believe that the thought really counts. I love giving surprise gifts to my love ones especially whenever I see their reactions once they open the gift. In buying the perfect gift or rather the best gift for your love ones first you should know what they really wanted. Now if you can’t afford to buy the thing he or she wanted, why not settle for something different or something he/she haven’t received yet. Know what products you should sell, place the right prices on your products, identify whether there are brand new products or surplus items in your sale. Advertise your garage sale, tell your friends and officemates that you are going to have the sale, this would help you increase your sales. It would better to set the garage sale on the weekends and set a date that is 2 or 3 days after pay day or better set it on a 15 or 30th of the month. It would actually make your customers buy because they have money on hand.

Just like the blog said always keep your calm in any kind of situations. It pays to have knowledge for first aid. You should know what to do whenever there are this kind of scenarios. For any kind of bites always clean the wound with soap and water. Check ups are very important especially for this kind of case. Coordinate with the dog owner and check if his/her dog has anti-rabies shots. As dog owner myself I should be responsible having my dog rabies free. Never careless about a dog bite always be prepared whenever this things happen

You should always keep those hazardous chemicals and all those harmful objects out of reach from your children. Always be there to check out your child every once in a while. Prepare for any kind of emergency and always have a first aid kit at home. Have a place where is child free I mean there should be room supposedly for your kid/s alone. A play room is essential since your kids will spend more time there to play. You should also keep your house sanitized especially with the things your kid/s holding, whether its toys, feeding bottles etc. You should know that there are harmful germs present every where so you should always clean your house every day.

I was a smoker for 14 years. I started smoking at age 14 and stopped smoking at 28 years old. Step no 2 is the greatest tip I can recommend to quit smoking. It is a struggle for smokers to quit the old habit. It has been their life and their outlet to vent out their feelings and tensions. Not to mention the withdrawal effects that a smoke would experience after quitting, he surely needs some support. I personally believe that if you have support systems, they will help you to quit the habit by inspiring you. It is through their motivation that will help a smoker realize that life is too short to waste with just a cigarette. No medication or disciplinary training can stop a smoker from smoking unless there is a motivation to stop and a purpose to stop it all the away.

Lucky enough for those living in highly industrialized countries where they can compare medical transportation services. Working as a registered nurse and a clinical instructor for so many years, medical transportation services is very poor her in the Philippines. All that is in the blog is highly significant in comparing medical transportation services but none of these may be applicable here in the Philippines. Like in Step 1, when a client would call for an ambulance or any mode of transportation of his choice, this does not really apply in the Philippines because most of the transportation services does not have enough equipments to save the patient while on travel. This is something that should be read by government officials to help decrease mortality rates.

This is definitely one of the fields a nurse like me can go and enjoy. Flight Paramedic could be an alternative to the never ending routine work we use to have as nurses in the ward. I have seen a field like this when I was trained in Thailand a few years ago and they call it aviation nursing. It requires a lot of training and efficiency when it comes to skills and endurance. It is good that somehow this field was given importance through this blog. Not everybody is aware of this kind of job. Quite dangerous but must be truly fulfilling for medical and health practitioners.
